Job Description

Achieve target of revenue:

  • Control and manage new product development project/ packaging on time
  • Orient strategy & USP of product, make sure to transmission accurately to relevant department: Sales/Trade Marketing

Build positioning brand successfully with Brand Health – achieve target:

  • Orient message of brand/ image for brand & relevant departments together carry out as direction
  • Orient the product strategy and ensure to follow Brand Architectture/ Positioning Brand

Orient to new product porfolio suitable to business goals, bringing in revenue:

  • Bring product porfolio based on market trends, consumer’s need (research marketing) and practical business demand from Sales/Trade staff
  • Make sure profit (GM) per product as committed with BOD
  • Manage development & launch new product on time

Marketing and communication activities:

  • Propose & build strategy, goal & advertising plan in campaigns at level of cosumer and commerce
  • Control and work closely with advertising agencies to ensure quality and progress of the project


  • Make plan of annual budget for marketing activities according to total allocated budget
  • Manage effective budget within committed budget

Build and develop staff’s capacity and skill:

  • Make plan, career development roadmap for employees
  • Support to improve professional skill for staff
  • Propose training plans for employees according to actual needs


  • Other tasks from manager

Job Requirement

1. Education Profession

  • Graduated from University with major in Marketing or relevant major (Business, Commerce,..)
  • Have knowledge about marketing in FMCG or Food: develop new product; communication and positioning
  • Language: English

2. Years of working experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, FMCG is an advantage
  • Make plan and manage project
  • Manage staff
