Our company is looking for an experienced Data Analysis Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, programming. The Data Analysis Manager will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing and implementing statistical models, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex data sets using statistical methods and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Develop and implement statistical models to identify patterns and trends in data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve data analysis methods
- Interpret and present data analysis findings to stakeholders, including executives and department heads
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis results
- Lead and mentor junior data analysts, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools, such as dashboards and reports, to effectively communicate data insights
- Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis methods and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analysis, statistics, and programming.
- Communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- MUST have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- MUST be proficient in SQL and Power BI
- MUST have a good data analyst skill to be able to tell stories from data
- MUST have a good communication skill to get requirements from stakeholders
- SHOULD know how to work with Excel and other non-database data sources
- SHOULD be familiar with different types of reports
- SHOULD be able to work independently
- Have background, knowledge in finance and accounting or experience in creating reports in this domain is an ADVANTAGE
- Have working experience with SAP is an ADVANTAGE
- Have working experience in Cloud environments, in particular AWS services, is an ADVANTAGE
