Employee Key Moments:
- Accountable for implementation and execution of HR COEs (Total Rewards, Recruitment, Talent and Training) strategies, policies, programs and processes. Builds and maintains relationships, maintains compliance and performs data research and analysis. (On-boarding to Retire)
People, Budget and Resources Management:
- Manages and provides coaching to PE team members, which includes coaching GREENFEED WAY
- Participates in selection of PE team members.
- Provides input into the planning of future workforce needs for PE.
- Accountable for performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement for team.
- Partners with other HR leads to develop, manage, and engage talent.
- Manages a budget for team.
Employee Engagement:
- Accountable for designing the employee engagement programmes based on employee experience strategies in alignment with the organisation's culture and values.
Convey Company Culture through Human Resources channels:
- Use tools (internal website, email, ...) and available human resources to communicate to employees a clear understanding of the Greenfeed Way.
- Coordinate with the Brand Communications department to implement activities applying the GREENFEED Life Motto to work activities.
Organize employee engagement activities:
- Plan to implement annual employee engagement activities (including activities, budget)
- Coordinate with Total Rewards to implement GreenCare's activities, work with Human Resources Partners across industries to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement activities.
Employee Engagement Survey:
- Every year, the organization surveys the level of employee engagement; Monitor and remind Departments/Functional Blocks to implement action plans, improving employee engagement levels.
HR Portal Management:
- Responsible for reviewing and checking content posted on the Internal Human Resources Information page: Greenfeedandme and Intranet.
- Prepare Newsletter for Human Resources Bulletin Board
Employee Relations
- Accountable for conducting investigations, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes as well as interpreting policies, regulatory requirements and agreements.
- Defines and implements employment policies, strategies and regulatory requirements, and monitors the internal and external employee/industrial relations environment.
