Job Description

At GREENFEED, our HR team is focused on helping to drive business growth through partnering our business leaders, line managers and people to unlock capacity, build our capabilities and foster a culture that is human, motivating, purposeful and accountable.

JOB MAIN PURPOSES

- The main role of Employer Branding Specialist is to work closely with TA team, Marketing and related Business Units as well as external suppliers to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Brand strategies and action plans to promote the company as an employer choice to existing employees and potential hires.

- Activate Employer Branding within various target segments;

- Build relationship/partnership to run employer branding activities/campaigns;

- Undertake and implement Employer Brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely;

- Develop brand and corporate messaging, internal & external relations and campaign management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership roles

- Maintain close relationship with targeted Universities/Colleges.

- Undertake and implement all duties and paperwork related to partnerships/activities with targeted Universities/Colleges.

Implement EB programs

- Monitoring University Joint Training Class: recruiting students, training for students, assessment & graduation to ensure the programs run smoothly in a timely manner as planned.

- Host all activities to enhance student experience.

- Implement Uni/college programs including but not limited to Joint training programs, jobfairs, CEO talk, plant tours, internship, G-Ambassador with key universities/colleges.

- Work with TA Group to collect student data, reporting, assessment on the efficiency of each University/College in term of talent pool quantity & quality, cost, turnover rate.

- Updating market trends providing insights to help maximize Employer Branding effectiveness.

· Tracking Employer Brand health through self-made surveys & those conducted by professional research firms (if any).

Network/social/professional clubs

- Content creating on the company’s social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding including but not limited to: posts, comments, videos, etc., both written and visual.

- Monitoring young talent programs.

- Host Alumni/professional club/youth community.

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications:

- Recruiting and marketing expertise

- Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques

- Strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires

- Fluent in English communication (verbal & written expression)

- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, e-marketing or social media promotions

- Strong project management skills

- Experience in creating and managing social content

- Experience with planning and organizing/ attending career fairs, young talent programs, sponsored events, webinars, workshops, …
