Job Description

  • Tổ chức, giám sát quy trình làm việc, quy trình sản xuất trong ca 
  • Giám sát, tuân thủ quy trình, quy định của công ty
  • Kiểm tra sản lượng sản xuất theo KHSX, định mức ban hành
  • Gửi báo cáo hiệu suất
  • Gửi báo cáo sự cố thiết bị, OT… đề xuất cải tiến thay đổi, đáp ứng kịp thời nhu cầu sản xuất
  • Giải quyết các sự cố phát sinh trong ca sản xuất. 
  • Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirement

  • Nam, tuổi trên 30
  • Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, quản lý sản xuất, CNTP
  • Thành thao MS office
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, kinh nghiệm làm tổ trưởng, giám sát sản xuất
  • Có thể đi ca 12 tiếng (ca ngày/ đêm) theo yêu cầu công việc. Ca chuẩn: 8h/ngày xoay ca.
  • Có khả năng giải quyết công việc độc lập, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
