Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join the team and take charge of infrastructure initiatives including network upgrades, cyber security standards and other relevant initiatives. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with security best practices by design. You will leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure and project management methodologies to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure the smooth implementation of essential IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans for IT infrastructure initiatives, adhering to established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Operations) to ensure project goals are achieved. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring adherence to security best practices by design.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the project team.
- Effectively allocate resources and coordinate project teams to optimize project efficiency.
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of infrastructure solutions.
