- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the Oracle HCM Cloud Systems, HR-related Web-service Apps and Digital Tools, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to all level of users.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HR-related Systems & Apps providers, vendors, and technology.
- Assists with the acquisition of data reports, summaries and logs for company leaders and HR staff
- Manages tier one issues in the case management system within GreenFeed’s HR-related Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resource Management or related field
- 3+ years’ experience working within a HR Information Systems Administration.
- High level of proficiency working with Microsoft office, especially Excel, Power BI
- Experience with HRIS/time-keeping/recruiting systems, Oracle HCM Cloud, Web-service Apps, Mobile Apps… a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet critical deadlines
