Job Description

  • Nhận bàn giao công việc, tình trạng thiết bị từ ca trước.
  • Kiểm tra số lượng , mã số sản phẩm đang vận hành và số tồn còn trên bin.
  • Kiểm tra máy ép viên ( khuôn, trục lăn ..), bơm mỡ và vệ sinh máy trước khi vận hành.
  • Vận hành điều chỉnh máy ép viên sao cho đạt công suất cao nhất.
  • Theo dõi , kiểm tra thường xuyên cám thành phẩm phải đạt chất lượng theo đúng qui định.
  • Thay thế, sữa chữa một số thiết bị máy móc trong dây chuyền ép viên.
  • Báo cáo số liệu, công suất máy và sự cố cho ca sau.
  • Vệ sinh khu vực sạch sẽ trước khi giao ca.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Điện - Cơ Khí.
  • Ưu tiên: UV có hiểu biết về công nghệ,quy trình sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi & có hiêu biết về chất lượng sản phẩm.
  • Làm việc theo ca sản xuất
