Responsible for development, implementation and execution of HR Services policies and processes; relationship management; HR Services governance and compliance; HR Services data research, analysis and tools; and people/budget management. Expert in employee relations. Responsible for executing the routine employee relations activities across the groups including conducting investigations, negotiations and/or dispute resolution processes; interpreting policies, regulatory requirements and agreements; defining and implementing employment policies, strategies and regulatory requirements; and monitoring internal employee relations environment.
- Manage Employee Engagement Activities
- Independently ensures understanding of the culture and engagement levels for the Group.
- Defines and ensures implementation of actions to shapes the desired engagement activities across Business Industry, Business Unit, through HRBP where appropriate.
- Promotes employee engagement across GREENFEED group. Activities may include:
- Overseeing in the action planning activities across the group, ensuring alignment with broad engagement objectives for the Business Industries / Functional Division
- Defining and implementing communication strategies across the Business Industries / Functional Division related to engagement
- Consultant to HR leadership team on broad engagement actions for Business Industries / Functional Division.
- Champions and promotes the employee performance management and development process.
2. Manage People Experiences Team and its activities
- Provides day-to-day, first-level supervision for the execution of the HR Services governance framework.
- Provides consult to HR and business supervisors/individual contributors regarding variances/exceptions to HR Services policies and programs and defined governance process for approvals.
- Supervises the consistent application of HR Services philosophy and standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements for a small contained scope of activities, working with legal counsel as appropriate.
- Establishes accountability measures and processes that enforce and ensure HR Processes compliance related to Employee Key Moments.
3. Monitor Employee Relations Environment
- Administers routine dispute resolution procedures with employees, unions, employer bodies and other relevant agencies for the Group.
- With frequent oversight utilizes basic research and analysis skills to obtain objective facts to inform investigations on employee relations issues.
- Supports more HRBP and legal counsel on more complex / higher risk activities.
- With frequent oversight performs the day to day administration of employment policies, Internal regulatory requirements and/or collective bargaining agreements for legal entities so that they are applied in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and the Company employment policies and standards.
- Monitors the employee relations climate; oversight facilitates the implementation of employee relations solutions and action plans for each Business Industry / Unit.
- As appropriate, interacts with local unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other relevant agencies.
4. Responsible for running Group’s Employee survey such as GREENFEED VOICE annually.
5. Administer Greenfeedandme – a GREENFEED HR portal.
