- Understand & translate brand’s objectives into channel strategies, objectives, goals & measures
- Summarize, analyze, review and propose action plan to adapt our product to meet the needs of a market.
- Coordinate with Retail & Ecom Team on forecast by weekly/quarterly/monthly/yearly and propose strategic plan & action plan to achieve KPIs
- Coordinate with cross-function department to operate and implement channel plans- Develop detailed execution plans for online/offline communication - Retail & Ecom channel
- A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Marketing/Trade/Retail Marketing/Ecom
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Facebook Ads, SMS ads, EC onsite marketing tools, etc.
- Strong analytical skills a must- Ability to work independently as well as to engage & cooperate well in a team
