1. STRATEGY:
- Participate in the process of EVP assessment & building process with HR department, lead the research for EVP.
- Lead researching current brand positioning and developing a unique brand identity that will connect with target audience for Employer Branding
- Build Employer Brand & Comm mid-term strategy (3-5 years) for Greenfeed Group and its translation across operating industries/companies.
- Responsible for yearly planning, key initiatives & budget of Employer Branding and Communication
2. LEAD EXECUTION
- Planning: Steer & guide team member in planning campaign across channels/touchpoint.
- Creative: lead the development and refinement of the brand’s messages and creative designs
- Performance: collaborate with digital team to ensure & optimize performance
- Brand Awareness: responsible for increase of brand awareness & brand association.
3. COLLABORATION
- Connect different business' needs or activities to integrate the campaign into companies' in the Group.
- Partner with HR teams for the purpose to create EVP and key projects’ development, deployment, and enhancement of strategies.
4. TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Develop the Employer Branding & Comm team as internal service
- Play a mentorship role to key brand marketing personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, ensuring their professional growth.
