Senior Business Analyst

• Gather business and system requirements (Web App/ Mobile App)
• Design application mockup/wireframe using prototyping tools and model the requirements by using charting tools
• Document the project operations (URD, SRS/FSD)
• Translate requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, and data flow/data model diagrams.
• Communicate with Stakeholders / Product owners to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements, tasks/ad-hoc tasks
• Analyze and specify requirements, synthesize information provided 
• Assess the feasibility of the request when given a set of constraints
• Work closely with the Development team to clarify tasks/ad-hoc tasks 
• Perform User Acceptance Test
• Support to implementation 

- Graduated IT or related majors. At least 3 years of experience working at the similar position

- Expreriences in web application/ mobile app project is a plus

- Good at analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirement

- Design data model, create mockups/ prototypes for the projects

- Deeply understand developement software process Agile/ Scrum

- Good at database management tools

- Strong communications, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

- Good at problem solving and consulting.
