Job Description

The role is passionate about delivering high-quality technology services now and for the future, they administer and manage data, information, and technology in a most proactive way. You will be an excellent people leader with a high level of transformation experience that has been delivered through people, technology, and processes. The role collaborates with other team members and across teams in developing and defining policies and strategies for integration across IT.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead Infra projects, including the design and deployment of new IT Infra systems and services.
  • Define next gen IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
  • Establish operational standard, OKR and SLA to ensure good smooth and high performance of IT infrastructure operations;
  • Continuous improve the infrastructure and support service
  • Drive ITSM or ITIL processes and implement
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Lead implementation and augmentation of BCP & DR as per the organizational needs
  • Experience with framing policies, processes and procedures for IT Infrastructure
  • Maintain and manage all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux, IT networks, Cloud Infrastructure, end points etc
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to drive cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving & standardization of the IT infrastructure
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and office automation software standard
  • Management reporting and dashboards for predictability & performance
  • Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
  • Prepare budgets for both operations as well as for new initiatives
  • Ensure completeness of documentation

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange, AD, DNS, End Point etc.
  • Experience in Cloud adoption and integration, and network traffic/ capacity optimization.
  • Experience in ITIL
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
