Job Description

  • Workforce planning, implement efficient talent attracttion duties from the beginning to the end of the recruitment process together with related reports (including indirect reporting lines).
  • Build, update, manage candidate databank efficiently for BU Food as well as for GREENFEED group.
  • Conduct, enhance efficient onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Monitor, evaluate the efficiency of recruitment channels such as headhunt, internal referral, VNW, CB…
  • Update best practices in labor market, orgchart, staffing of functional departments in the same industry companies.
  • In charge of Employer Branding Activities. Work with other departments to enhance the company EB.
  • Other tasks related to TA and HR from line manager.
  • Assign & manage the overall operations of all TA members. Build and development TA member's capacity by coaching, training and giving feedback...

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or other related fields.
  • Have deep knowledges about Talent Attraction operations. Have experience planning and doing EB activities effectively.
  • More than 7 years of experience in HR, in which at least 2 years of experience in management level positions  in FMCG, Food, Retail companies with over 500 employees is preferred.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in using ERP, SAP or related management system.
  • English: Good at communication, reading and writing.
  • IT: HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project…).
  • Good at communication, presentation and event organization
