Rewards Management:
- Implement and manage Total Rewards for Business group in charge which aligns with GREENFEED GROUP and ensure the competitiveness pay and internal equity to attract, motivate and retain Talents.
- Coordinate with related departments to build sales incentive program with enhance the sales results and effectiveness of working.
- Design benefits package that meets employee profiles and organization’s budget and which is aligned to organization’s employer brand and employee value proposition.
- Guide, implement and audit total reward: implementation progress, fund control, report analysis for BG in charge.
- Support TRD in salary review cycle, off cycle for BG, reward intervention, and ensure the internal & external equity in payment.
Job evaluation, Salary survey:
- Responsible for job analysis and evaluation for the Group and be the advisor for HRBP to ensure the competitiveness with market and internal equity in all Business group.
- Surveying salary and income packages, analyzing salary structure by industries, functions and levels. Build salary framework for industries, VN and expat.
Benefit and policy management:
- Build local HR policies for BG align with GREENFEED GROUP, keep up-to-date with legislative changes and ensure rewards policies and processes reflect them
- Plan and implement activities to communicate the benefits offered by the organization
- Review HR processes impacting workplace legislation to ensure controls are in place to prevent regulatory breaches.
Budget:
- Suggest and implement the digitalization to minimize manual works for TR
- Implement and improve, unify the processes in the actual operation and in the HCM system related to Total Rewards.
Relationship and Communication:
- Lead & implement TR program at BU
- Coordinate with other departments to get insights and project for improvement.
- Experience designing and implementing total rewards programs from inception to execution strongly preferred
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 5+ years leading high-performance Compensation / Total Rewards / HRIS teams
- 3+ years delivering results within a company of minimum 1,000 employees
- Keenly aware of industry thought leaders, trending people practices as well as abreast of current Employment Standards, compensation practices
- Excellent presentation skills and strong follow through with on-going communications to various stakeholders
