- Support posting & manage job openings across channels such as Career Site, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Manage and update candidate database on the recruitment system to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collect and analyze recruitment data for reporting and insights
- Support the preparation of onboarding process for new comers
- Research talent market trends to support attraction strategies
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Fresh graduate in Business Administration, HR, or related fields
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above
- Passion and strong interest in HR (Talent Acquisition)
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Able to apply AI in job
- Able to start working immediately is a strong advantage
