Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits & Recognition) to ensure pay competitiveness, internal equity and cost effectiveness; directly contribute to talent attraction, engagement & retention across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Strategy: Design & implement salary structure, bonus schemes, sales incentives & benefits programs aligned with business strategy
- Salary Review & Reward: Lead annual review, off-cycle adjustments & reward interventions to ensure internal fairness & market competitiveness
- Job Evaluation & Benchmarking: Conduct job grading, salary survey, analyze market data & build pay framework across levels/functions
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and update C&B policies in line with group framework & labor regulations; manage benefit programs & internal communication
- Budget & Cost Control: Plan, monitor and optimize people cost to meet budget targets
- HR Digitalization: Drive automation & system improvement (HRIS / HCM) for C&B processes
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with HRBP, Finance & Business Leaders to deliver effective reward solutions
