TALENT ACQUISITION (40%):
- Update job descriptions and ensure job description files are well maintained.
- Independently take charge of recruitment for positions at manager level and below (ensure recruitment requisitions are well justified and properly approved, review JD, search for candidates, CV screening, to conduct interviews and tests, discuss with hiring managers in selecting most suitable candidates and drive recruitment process)
- Propose salary package for selected candidate and obtain endorsement from HR-Admin Head, HOD and Managing Director before a job offer.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs as per GREENFEED GROUP and Company guidelines.
C&B (15%)
- Process monthly payroll
- Manage SMU and PIT registration and reports
- Monitor the budget and report on the safety of the salary fund
HR-ADMIN OPERATIONS: (20%)
- Ensure effective execution of HR-Admin processes, policies and procedures
- Monitor Performance Management
- Ensure to roll out annual training plan
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: (20%)
- Provide consultancy/advisory services on handling employee grievances and disciplinary cases.
- Facilitate interventions and counseling sessions if needed and provide relevant feedback to leaders.
- Partner with line managers to lead employee engagement activities
- Keep abreast of changes in local labour laws and practices and proactively manage labor/employee relations that are consistent with local requirements, to ensure an environment of trust and collaboration.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager (5%)
- Graduated university, majoring in HR, BA, or related
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT background
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Project...)
- Good at interpersonal and strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
