Job Description

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits & Recognition) to ensure pay competitiveness, internal equity and cost effectiveness; directly contribute to talent attraction, engagement & retention across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Design & implement salary structure, bonus schemes, sales incentives & benefits programs aligned with business strategy
  • Salary Review & Reward: Lead annual review, off-cycle adjustments & reward interventions to ensure internal fairness & market competitiveness
  • Job Evaluation & Benchmarking: Conduct job grading, salary survey, analyze market data & build pay framework across levels/functions
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop and update C&B policies in line with group framework & labor regulations; manage benefit programs & internal communication
  • Budget & Cost Control: Plan, monitor and optimize people cost to meet budget targets
  • HR Digitalization: Drive automation & system improvement (HRIS / HCM) for C&B processes
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with HRBP, Finance & Business Leaders to deliver effective reward solutions

Job Requirement

  • 5–8+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, including team leadership
  • Strong experience in salary structure, job evaluation, benchmarking & incentive design
  • Proven track record working in large-scale organizations (1,000+ employees preferred)
  • Strong analytical & data-driven mindset
  • Solid business & financial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
