Job Description

  • Triển khai chiến lược nguồn nhân lực và Phát triển tổ chức.
  • Quản lý quan hệ lao động và gắn kết nhân viên.
  • Tư vấn giải pháp nhân sự để thúc đẩy mục tiêu của BU, Trại.
  • Quản lý Nhân tài, Phát triển đội ngũ kế thừa.
  • Quản lý công tác hành chính tại Văn phòng Miền Trung.

Job Requirement

Có kinh nghiệm Trưởng phòng Nhân sự/Trưởng phòng Tuyển dụng/Đối tác Nhân sự là một lợi thế.

Sử dụng tốt Excel, Power Point. Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu.

Có khả năng thuyết trình tốt.

Biết lắng nghe và hòa đồng, thân thiện.

Có khả năng đi công tác 10 ngày/tháng (đến các trang trại chăn nuôi tại khu vực Miền Trung/HCM/Hưng Yên).
