Senior SAP CO Specialist

1. Phân tích nghiệp vụ & Thiết kế giải pháp SAP CO/ Business Analysis & CO Solution Design

• Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ liên quan đến quản trị chi phí, giá thành, phân tích lợi nhuận và kiểm soát nội bộ.
• Thiết kế mô hình SAP CO phù hợp: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA.
• Tư vấn cải tiến quy trình Plan-to-Perform / Cost-to-Serve / Profitability Analysis theo best practices SAP.
• Analyzes business requirements related to cost management, product costing, profitability analysis and internal control.
• Designs SAP CO solutions including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing and COPA. 
• Advises on Plan-to-Perform, Cost-to-Serve and profitability analysis processes based on SAP best practices.

2. Cấu hình & Triển khai SAP CO/ SAP CO Configuration & Implementation

• Cấu hình các chức năng SAP CO: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA.
• Tham gia các hoạt động triển khai: blueprint, configuration, testing, data migration và go-live.
• Phối hợp với ABAP trong các yêu cầu enhancement, allocation logic, reporting và integration.
• Configures SAP CO components including Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing and COPA. 
• Participates in blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration and go-live activities.    
• Collaborates with ABAP teams on enhancements, allocation logic, reporting and integration.        

3.  Hỗ trợ vận hành & Xử lý vấn đề phức tạp/ Operational Support & Complex Issue Resolution

• Hỗ trợ vận hành SAP CO, xử lý các vấn đề phức tạp liên quan đến phân bổ chi phí, tính giá thành và phân tích lợi nhuận.          
• Phân tích và xử lý sai lệch giữa CO và FI, cũng như giữa CO và các phân hệ logistics.           
• Hỗ trợ các kỳ closing, cost roll-up, variance analysis và profitability reporting.
• Provides operational support and resolves complex issues related to cost allocation, product costing and profitability analysis.      
• Analyzes and resolves discrepancies between CO and FI, as well as CO and logistics modules.       
• Supports period-end closing, cost roll-up, variance analysis and profitability reporting.

4. Quản lý dữ liệu & Kiểm soát quản trị/ Master Data & Management Control

• Đảm bảo tính chính xác và nhất quán của các đối tượng CO: Cost Center, Profit Center, Cost Elements, Activity Types.  
• Hỗ trợ thiết kế và duy trì các mô hình phân bổ chi phí, kiểm soát ngân sách và theo dõi hiệu quả.
• Tham gia hỗ trợ audit và kiểm tra tuân thủ liên quan đến dữ liệu quản trị.
• Ensures accuracy and consistency of CO objects including Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Cost Elements and Activity Types.  
• Supports cost allocation models, budget control and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Assists in audit and compliance activities related to management accounting data.           

5. Chuẩn hóa, Cải tiến & Tích hợp hệ thống/ Standardization, Continuous Improvement & Integration

• Chuẩn hóa quy trình SAP CO và tài liệu hướng dẫn người dùng.  
• Đề xuất và triển khai các cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị chi phí và phân tích lợi nhuận.
• Bảo đảm tích hợp thông suốt giữa SAP CO với FI, MM, PP, SD và các hệ thống phân tích khác.
• Standardizes SAP CO processes and user documentation.             
• Proposes and implements improvements to enhance cost management and profitability analysis.
• Ensures seamless integration between SAP CO, FI, MM, PP, SD and analytical systems.    

• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc liên quan; có 3 -5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Công nghệ thông tin/Ứng dụng doanh nghiệp
• Hiểu biết về ngành và mô hình kinh doanh; tư duy phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề tốt
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp hiệu quả; định hướng khách hàng; tinh thần học hỏi, đổi mới
• Có kinh nghiệm về kiến trúc giải pháp, ERP (ưu tiên SAP), tích hợp hệ thống và quản lý vòng đời ứng dụng
• Có kinh nghiệm với Low-code/No-code (Power Platform), API, và thiết kế UI/UX
• Hiểu và áp dụng ITIL/ITSM; có khả năng giám sát, tối ưu vận hành hệ thống
• Có năng lực xây dựng chiến lược CNTT, quản lý tài chính, nhà cung cấp và quản lý thay đổi
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology / Enterprise Applications
• Strong understanding of business models; solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration; customer-oriented mindset; continuous learning and innovation
• Experience in solution architecture, ERP (preferred SAP), system integration, and application lifecycle management
• Familiar with Low-code/No-code platforms (preferred Power Platform), API management, and UI/UX design
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM; capable of monitoring and optimizing system performance
• Ability to develop IT strategy, manage IT financials, vendors, and lead change management initiatives
